Objective

  • After completing this course you understand and know how to use Windows management tools and resource monitoring tools. You are able to diagnose and solve the most common problems on a Windows workstation. You know how to set access rights and manage information security in a Windows environment.

Grading

  • The following parts will be graded:
    • Exam (40 points at maximum)
    • Exercises (64 points at maximum)
    • Quiz (16 points at maximum)
  • In total: 120 points at maximum
  • Important: Student must pass the exam and gather adequate number of points to pass the course! Exercises are optional, but at least one Exercise or Moodle quiz is required.
  • Points will be divided between eight exercise sets like shown in the table below.
